PRINCIPAL DESIGNER SERVICES
Briley's consultants have over 35 years of combined working experience within the construction industry. Fully trained, qualified and experience to provide a highly professional health and safety consultancy specialising in delivering Principal Designer services in the construction industry.
Acting as a projects Principal Designer allows Briley to ensure the safety and efficiency of construction projects in compliance with UK regulations including Construction (Design and Management) regulations (CDM).
As Principal Designer, Briley shall be tasked with overseeing the planning, managing, monitoring, and coordination of health and safety during not only the pre-construction phase but, the duration of the project. It will be our job to ensure that risks are minimised, mitigated and safety is prioritised right from the initial stages of a project to completion and handover of the Health and Safety file.
Other services Briley can provide whilst acting as a projects Principal Designer include assisting the Principal Contractor with the development of their Construction Phase Plan (CPP) documents. This assistance can be extended to the assessment of risk assessments and method statements submitted by all contractors appointed to the project.
