Utilities project Underground Multiple governor system installation for domestic gas distribution. The project included long term deep excavation and reinforcement installation. Drilling and modifying of existing buried gas utility systems. Removal and reinstatement of existing features including both hard and soft landscaping items.

The technical replacement of theatrical systems within the Olivier Theatre encompassed the comprehensive upgrade and renewal of several critical components, including electrical supplies and distribution, production lighting, working lights, production sound and video, as well as stage engineering and rigging. An extensive overhaul to modernize the theatre's infrastructure, ensuring it met with contemporary standards and can support the diverse and demanding requirements of theatrical productions.

Preparation and onsite works included the management of working around asbestos containing materials and protecting the existing structures within the building.
