Meet the Team


Always mindful of our clients' needs, Briley Consultancy Group blends innovation with the traditional values fundamental to premier health and safety consultancies. Specializing in providing expert advice on health, safety, quality and environmental (HSQE) issues and concerns, in the commercial and domestic working industries.

Our services encompass a variety of industries and key areas, including CDM regulation advice and Principal Designer services from trained and qualifed Principal designers, company management system development, reviewing and auditing, accreditation support and site inspections with feedback and close out advice, ensuring comprehensive HSQE solutions for every client.

 

Brian Nelson

Brian is the senior lead at Briley and serves as a CDM Principal Designer. With extensive, proven knowledge and experience, he ensures our construction projects adhere to the CDM Regulations. His 30-year career in all aspects of health and safety covers the commercial, industrial, residential, educational, and Ministry of Defence sectors. Brian has worked on projects ranging from a few thousand pounds to multi-million pound contracts. Collaborating with Clients, Designers and Principal Contractors, he identifies all risks and implements and manages suitable control measures from inception through to completion. Brian's involvement guarantees that clients' duties are fulfilled and all parties comply with the regulations, resulting in safe, compliant construction sites.

Dale Nelson

Dale is a seasoned HSQE professional, with over a decade driving excellence in health, safety, quality, and environmental management. With expertise spanning a range of industries, from construction to arboriculture, where he consistently demonstrated a relentless drive for success and a passion for collaborative teamwork. Dale has led high-performing teams, helping shape HSQE strategies that align with business objectives. From developing and implementing policies and procedures to conducting internal audits and managing professional industry accreditations.
